Powell

The Powell skatepark is located off N. Liberty St. just north of Powell Rd. This park has some nice pyramid-type bank ramps, a few grind boxes, a rail, a small quarterpipe with steel coping, and a pool-style concrete bowl. The bowl is the skateparks largest feature, and has a couple of nice ledges built in. The shallow end, however, is barely skatable as the transition is extremely small. The speedbump-type ramps are a bit odd at first, but provide speed for lines around the park. Powell, being a small/medium sized skatepark is still pretty fun to skate and has plenty of ledges to grind. This park is free to the public.
